Do you make ebook covers?
No we don’t, but we can make recommendations according to your budget.
What do I need to send you?
It depends on your requirements, but your manuscript is essential and possibly an ebook cover image.
How do we pay?
Usually by card, or PayPal. Other payment methods will be considered, if required.
When do I Pay?
When all the preliminaries have been finalised, we will send you an invoice. Work on your project will begin as soon as your payment has been received.
How can I view my completed ebook?
We recommend Adobe Digital Editions. Download this free epub reader to your computer, and then you can check that your epub file meets all your requirements. We use Adobe Digital Editions ourselves.
Do you use automated software?
No. We manually format your manuscript into a Print-Ready PDF, and we do the same for your ebook. We have more control over the finished product by doing it manually, especially with the creation of an epub file.
Will my manuscript be safe?
Your work is safe and secure whilst it is being processed. Once work on your manuscript is completed, it will be sent back to you along with your order. We don’t keep copies, and because we don’t use automated web conversion tools and third parties, your literary creations won’t end up in the wrong hands.
What if I find errors or typos in my published work?
Make sure that your manuscript is polished and ready for publication to avoid further costs down the line.
Do you offer price matching deals?
No we don’t. We can’t compete on price with the sites that will simply upload your work to a free and fully automated website and deliver your order within a couple of hours. It’s like most things in life, you get what you pay for.
Do you work with poetry?
Yes we do. We’ve turned reams of poetry from hand written sheets, in some cases, to wonderful ebooks and paperbacks.
Will you work with incarcerated writers and poets?
Yes of course. Confinement seems to concentrate the mind resulting in some staggering work in all genres.
Will you proofread manuscripts?
Yes. Price will depend on a number of factors so please get in touch for all your editorial requirements.
Why do you need a cover image to format my ebook?
Some publishing platforms want the cover image on the first page of the epub. Not all platforms make this requirement, such as Amazon Kindle, which is why you will receive two epubs so you have both options covered.
