How to get your ebook manuscript Formatted into an epub file?
We only have a few requirements that you will need to finalise before sending us your manuscript for formatting into an epub file, but the main one is, editing. It’s imperative that your manuscript is ready for publication to avoid the re-formatting of a corrected manuscript, and this should be your main concern. We will do the rest for you, so please get in touch and we will have your ebook formatted within 24 to 48 hours. We can of course help you with any editorial requirements.

ebook Submission Requirements
You will be pleased to hear that we only have a few submission requirements for ebooks. All we require is the finished manuscript, which allows copy and pasting, and the cover image. Why do we ask for a cover image, you may wonder. For Amazon kindle the cover image is not required in the epub itself, but there are sites that require the cover image to be on the first page of the epub. So you will receive two epub files, one for kindle and one for these other platforms.
We do all ebook formatting manually so we have more control over the finished article, and the turn a round time is normally between one and two days. If this timescale is not possible at the time of your submission, we will give you a revised delivery time so you can make alternate arrangements if needed.
It is important that you only submit your manuscript after it has been edited and proofread to avoid extra charges later when your manuscript has to be re-formatted. Any errors on our part will, of course, be rectified free of charge and usually completed within a twenty-four hour window.
